It has a mild spicy bouquet of fully matured white wine and gets its fresh, spicy flavour from being stored for at least six months. Perfect for preparing fresh aromatic salads, such as iceberg lettuce, mushroom or cabbage salads, for adding finesse to fresh vegetables and for pickling vegetables, fish and poultry. 6% acidity, obtained by biological fermentation.
